1General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 55bw ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing 55bw, creating an account, or placing any wager, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

55bw reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email to your registered address. Continued use of 55bw after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

2Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an account with 55bw, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 55bw does not permit players under 21 to register or participate in any gaming activity on the platform.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines accessing the platform from within the Philippines.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player or prohibited from participating in online gaming under any applicable rule or personal restriction.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. False or misleading information may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must be the beneficial owner of any payment method used for deposits or withdrawals on your account.

Each person may hold only one account with 55bw. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any funds held in them may be voided. If you have forgotten your login credentials, please contact customer support through the platform.

3Account Security and Responsibility

Your account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. 55bw will never ask you to share your password or OTP with any member of staff.

You must notify 55bw immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person. 55bw will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. 5Promotions and Bonuses

55bw may offer bonuses, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentive programmes to registered players from time to time. Each offer is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the relevant promotion.

• Promotional offers are available to eligible accounts only. 55bw reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The specific requirements for each offer are set out in the individual promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including creating multiple accounts to claim offers, using automated tools, or colluding with other players — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may result in account closure.
• 55bw reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6Gameplay and Betting Rules

Each game and betting category available on 55bw — including live casino, sports betting, slots, and eBingo — is governed by its own set of specific rules. These rules are accessible within each game or betting section and form part of these Terms.

All gaming outcomes at 55bw are determined by chance. For live casino games, outcomes are determined by physical game equipment operated by live dealers. For slots and digital table games, outcomes are determined by certified random number generation systems. 55bw does not guarantee any specific result and no wagering strategy guarantees a profit.

In the event of a technical failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, 55bw will investigate the issue. Where a result cannot be determined, bets affected by the failure may be voided and stakes returned to the player's account.

Sports betting results are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body. 55bw reserves the right to void bets placed on events where an error in odds is identified prior to settlement.

7Responsible Gaming

55bw is committed to responsible gaming. We provide tools within every account to help players manage their activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and a self-exclusion facility. These tools are available in the Account Settings section of your profile.

If you choose to self-exclude, your account will be restricted for the duration you select. Re-registration attempts during an active self-exclusion period are prohibited and will be reversed. • Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or other software to interact with the platform
• Colluding with other players to exploit game mechanics or betting markets
• Engaging in match-fixing or any conduct that compromises the integrity of a sporting event
• Attempting to reverse or charge back a transaction after withdrawing corresponding funds
• Accessing the platform from a restricted jurisdiction
• Any other activity that 55bw determines to be fraudulent, abusive, or harmful to the platform or other players

9Account Suspension and Termination

55bw reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at its discretion, including where a breach of these Terms is suspected, where fraudulent activity is identified, or where continued operation of the account presents a risk to the platform or other players.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via the most recent payment method used, subject to identity verification requirements.

You may also request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to their normal resolution.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 55bw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruption caused by events outside 55bw's reasonable control.

55bw makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and connection are adequate for accessing the platform.

11Privacy and Data
